Brilliant
Brilliant is a Silicon Valley-based startup making smart home controls. Brilliant replaces any existing light switch with smart controls that everyone in the home can easily access and use directly from the wall. Designed to be installed by homeowners and individuals, Brilliant was looking to provide an enhanced level of service to their customers. By partnering with InstallerNet they were able to provide a turn-key installation experience for their customers, protect their brand integrity and reduce product returns.
BackStreet Surveilance
Backstreet Surveillance, a leading online supplier of security video surveillance systems, was looking to provide their customers with the option to have their products professionally installed. Utilizing our unique InstallCard program, we created a customized landing page for customers to schedule their installation appointments online and provided training and support for their products to installers in our network. This allowed BackStreet to provide full service turn-key installation support without having to invest in building out their own network of technicians.
First Transit
First Transit is the nation’s leading bus transportation provider with services that include fixed route operators, paratransit services, shuttle buses, and transit system management. With this many vehicles to manage and maintain, VDS is a connected tool that can help manage better efficiencies, helping to keep these vehicles on the street. First Transit is rolled this out to nearly 40 locations to assist with the many makes and models of buses, engines, brakes and transmissions.
eBay
eBay is the world’s largest online retailer. Founded in 1995 in San Jose, Calif., eBay is one of the world’s largest and most vibrant marketplaces for discovering great value and unique selection. eBay was looking to offer their customers installation services for mobile electronics products sold through their website. By partnering with InstallerNet they were able to create a new add-on sales opportunity to upsell customers during the check-out process resulting in additional revenue for the company.

First Student, Inc. is North America’s leading school bus transportation services company and responsible for safely transporting 6 million students to and from school every day utilizing a fleet of approximately 60,000 school buses. InstallerNet has put in place more than 500 Vehicle Diagnostics Systems throughout 700 First Student bus maintenance facilities located across the United States.
